Life After Breast Cancer
A 12-Week Guided Transition Support Group
Because surviving cancer is only part of the story.
When treatment ends, many breast cancer survivors are surprised by how hard after can be. Appointments slow down. Support fades. And yet fear, fatigue, identity shifts, and emotional waves often feel stronger than ever.
This group exists for that part.
This Group Is For You If...

You feel grateful to be alive and exhausted, scared, angry, or disconnected.

You’re navigating fear of recurrence, body changes, or emotional ups and downs.

You want support that is structured, guided, and grounded, not just venting or toxic positivity.

FAQ
Is this group confidential? Yes. All participants agree to confidentiality guidelines to support a safe and respectful space. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
Do I need to be a certain number of years post-treatment? No. Participants may be newly finished with treatment or several years out. Survivorship challenges can show up at any stage, and you’re welcome whenever this feels relevant to you.
Is this group therapy? No. This is a facilitated, coaching-style support group focused on life transitions after breast cancer. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or mental health care.
Do I have to talk or share personal details? No. Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to listen, reflect quietly, or participate at whatever level feels right for you. Many people find value just being in the space with others who understand.
Can I join even if I’m feeling “okay” most of the time? Yes. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Many participants join because they want support, clarity, or tools to navigate the ongoing impact of cancer — even if things look “fine” on the outside.
Is this group only for women? The group is open to anyone who identifies as a breast cancer survivor and feels this space would be supportive for them.
Do I need to attend all 12 weeks? You’re encouraged to attend regularly for the deepest benefit, but attendance is flexible. You can join for a single session or commit to the full 12-week series — whatever fits your needs right now.
What’s the group size? Group size is intentionally limited to support meaningful connection and conversation, typically between 10–12 participants.
How do I know if this group is right for me? If you’re feeling like survivorship is more complex than you expected — and you want a thoughtful, supportive place to explore that — this group is likely a good fit. You don’t need to be sure. Curiosity is enough.
